Apartments & Flats in the Annex Buildings

(Separate private rental – not part of the hotel operation)

In addition to the hotel rooms in the main building, we offer apartments and flats in our annex buildings (dependences), which are intended exclusively for long-term rental.

he rental of apartments and flats in the annex buildings is not part of the hotel operation and does not constitute a hotel service.

These are privately rented residential units for long-term use, offered outside of the hotel company and invoiced separately.

 

 

Apartments (Annex Buildings):

• 4-bed apartment, Bathroom with shower and toilet (2 rooms with 4 single beds), Annex building
  Price: €115.00

• Flat for max. 4–5 persons (3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom with bathtub)

• Flat for max. 6 persons (3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower)

• Flat for max. 4–6 persons (3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom with bathtub)

• Flat for max. 2 persons (1 bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower)

 

The rental of apartments and flats is carried out with a separate contract and separate invoicing.

Company Invoice (Charge to Company Account):

 

If you send us a written cost-coverage confirmation on your company letterhead with a legally binding signature prior to arrival, we will issue the invoice for bank transfer payment.

We reserve the right to additionally request credit card details.
